Who We Are ...

Cireco Properties, LLC was officially formed in 2003 by husband and wife team, Ken and Tina Brandau. While the company formed then, they made their first rental purchase back in 1990. Working side-by-side on that first home they found a passion and gift that would span the next nearly 30 years - so far. That first purchase began a process of  taking homes in need of some TLC and turning them into a nice family space for one of the many families that would there throughout the decades. The Brandau's are driven by the desire to provide a nice places for families to call home at a reasonable price. Many things have changed over the years including Ken and Tina raising a family of their own during this time. The value of a well-built affordable home has never been far from the center of each purchase decision. Many of the families that have lived in one of their houses have been residents for years. A nice home at a reasonable price with great customer service is the foundation of their business model - simply treating people right.
